Terms of delivery in brief:

  • All prices in the online shop include VAT at the applicable rate.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Our products have a 30-day free return policy in Finland. Please try on the product before removing the product tags. The product to be returned must be in its original condition. We cannot refund the price of used or damaged products. When fitting the product, please ensure that it is free from smells, stains or animal hairs, for example. If you notice any damage caused during transport, please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange or return.

  • We are known of fast delivery. We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders received before 14:00 will generally be sent on the same day. When your order is handled in our warehouse, you will receive tracking number of delivery by e-mail. 

  • We are not responsible if the delivery of your order is prevented, hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of a public authority, disruption of public transport or any other similar activity that hinders or prevents the operation of the Disturb e-shop.

  • We offer our customers fast and affordable delivery methods. Our delivery partners Matkahuolto and Posti deliver parcels anywhere in Finland within 1-3 working days.

  • Parcels from Matkahuolto 4,95 €
  • Parcels from Posti 4,95 €
  • Home parcel by Post 6,95 € - 9,95 €
  • Pick-up from Disturb shop 0 € (from Valiontie 2, 94450 Keminmaa)

Pre-order products:

Some of our products are available for pre-orders. Those products will arrive soon in our warehouse, but they are not there yet. Estimated delivery date is clearly marked in pre-order products.

Your complete order will be sent when we have also the pre-ordered products ready. You will get an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready for delivery. 

Please note:

For uncollected parcels Disturb will incur significant costs for undelivered packages. Under the law (1211/2013), we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred if delivered packages are returned to us uncollected. The charge is 19 € per uncollected parcel, including delivery charges, return charges and handling charges. Please note the pick-up time for your parcel and inform us if you are unable to collect your parcel within the pick-up time.

Matkahuolto and Posti stores the parcels for 7 days at the pick-up points and parcel lockers.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
